PR Summary

Low Risk
Low risk lockfile-only dependency update; primary impact is updated transitive packages and generated metadata, with no application code changes.

Overview
Bumps the docs/guides/examples/counter-dapp/frontend dependency lock to socket.io-parser@4.2.6, updating its debug requirement and adding the corresponding nested debug entry.

The regenerated package-lock.json also tweaks metadata for several optional, platform-specific @rollup/* packages (removing dev: true flags) without changing app source code.

Rollup packages incorrectly lose dev-only flag in lockfile

Low Severity

All 16 @rollup/rollup-* platform-specific optional packages had their "dev": true flag removed, even though this PR only intends to bump socket.io-parser. Since rollup is only a build dependency (used by vite in devDependencies), these packages are not needed in production. Removing the "dev": true flag means npm install --production would now attempt to install the matching platform binary unnecessarily. This appears to be an unintended lockfile regeneration artifact unrelated to the socket.io-parser bump.
