This allows the icon to be used in the Gnome Activity Overview when gpsbabelfe is running. This is different from the Applications Overview where the icon is also used but the association between the desktop file and the icon is less problematic there. To make it more complicated snap renames the desktop file to line up with snapname.appname convention, and the . turns into an _.
