Q. What should we have in hand for the Hackathon? Participants in the hackathon are expected to have analyzed what data they have that supports to the business problem/mission need they identified as core to their concept, and to be familiar with the functions of whatever devices they hope to index their data for use.
Part of the pilot process is roadmapping a new resource for what privacy, security and legal guidance must be followed to pursue this field of services -- this initial pilot only covers indexing for read-only use of already publicly available information, which will have different compliance expectations than, per say, personalized use that includes handling PII.
Q. What are the expected outputs from the Hackathon? Proofs of concept that can be evaluated and submitted for possible creation by individual services. There is no fast deadlines, this will take as long as it takes, but participating agencies already joined the pilot with the expectation that their participation was supported internally.
Q. What's next? When do we hack again? What's our goal for round #2?
