feat: launch the UBC Vancouver edition

Summary

• register ubc.gapwise.ca for the UBC Vancouver / Point Grey campus
• sync the canonical source-backed UBC campus catalog and lazy-load its heavy map data
• add a local-only Workday View My Courses paste adapter, sanitized fixture, and UBC-specific demo timetable
• enable UBC building search, campus map, representative routing, Day Route, branding assets, host rewrites, and generated SEO
• extend university, routing, residence, ecosystem, performance, and browser contracts to the twelfth supported edition

Data integrity

• 236 official coded buildings
• 905 source-backed mapped entrances with unknown accessibility unless explicitly supported
• inferred building-to-path connectors remain classified as inferred
• 10,256 pedestrian nodes and 11,182 edges
• 217/236 buildings have a routable mapped entrance
• 68 source-classified residence buildings
