feat(waterloo): launch the main-campus edition

Summary

• launch the University of Waterloo edition on the collision-safe waterloo-main campus ID
• integrate the canonical 68-building campus snapshot, lazy-loaded search catalog, and pedestrian graph
• add local Quest List View parsing, a sanitized fixture, and a Waterloo-specific routable demo
• add host assets, host-isolated SEO/sitemap/robots rewrites, discovery/API surfaces, and current support counts
• cover import, search, Day Route, refresh/deep links, and mobile campus map behavior

• timetable shape follows Waterloo’s current Quest Class Schedule List View documentation
• entrances retain explicit OSM or inferred-connector provenance; accessibility and public access are not inferred
