feat(mcgill): launch the downtown edition

Summary

• add McGill University as a first-class Gapwise edition at mcgill.gapwise.ca
• import myCourses calendar files locally and normalize downtown building locations
• ship the canonical downtown campus map, outdoor routing, branding, SEO, and discovery metadata
• lazy-load the large campus catalog to preserve the initial application bundle budget

• bun test (856 passed; two timing suites rerun alone: 6 passed)
