Summary

• rebrand ecosystem-level identity from Gapwise for UTM to Gapwise for UofT
• update stale Gapwise-for-UTM organization links to Gapwise-for-UofT
• align repository/app/docs metadata with University of Toronto-wide coverage
• preserve campus-specific UTM references where they describe actual UTM data, sources, routes, or compatibility contracts

Compatibility

• no intentional route/API/package-scope breakage
• compatibility-sensitive identifiers are left unchanged unless a replacement already exists
• tests/SEO expectations are updated with the user-facing branding changes

Closing as superseded: main already contains the refined UofT rebrand while intentionally preserving the current iOS client's UTM-specific implementation scope. This branch is now behind/diverged from main.
