fix(deps): approve esbuild + sharp build scripts for pnpm 11 - #8

pnpm 11.1.1 hardened ignored-build-script handling — install now fails with ERR_PNPM_IGNORED_BUILDS unless build scripts are explicitly approved. This was breaking the e2e webServer startup (pnpm install exit 1) and any fresh clone trying to build the SPA. - pnpm-workspace.yaml: drop the placeholder allowBuilds: block (had literal "set this to true or false" strings) in favor of onlyBuiltDependencies. - package.json: add pnpm.onlyBuiltDependencies for redundancy across pnpm config-key migrations. Verified: pnpm install clean, testing/e2e npm test → 275 passed. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
