[Linux] [Flatpak] EOL dependencies

When installing/updating the flatpak packages on my system, the following messages appear:

+1 this seems to be the only flatpak at my end that relies on these runtimes. And please publish a repo/remote so we can update the flatpak automatically, thanks!
