fix(site): show the full dump history again (scrollable, not capped)

Follow-up to #88. Capping the timeline list to the recent 8 reintroduced the original problem you flagged — older syncs were hidden again.

Now it shows every sync (the rows are clean growth-first lines now, not a wall of repeated commit names) and the list height is bounded by a scroll (max-height + thin scrollbar) instead of a hard cap — so the full history stays reachable without making the section huge.
