fix(site): redesign History growth chart (area chart) + snapshot balance

Addresses the layout issues on the History section:

• Growth timeline was clipped — 27 fixed-width bars in a half-width panel overflowed into a horizontal scroll. Replaced with an SVG area chart that scales the whole timeline to the panel width: every sync visible at once, nothing cut off, with start/current captions.
• Current snapshot read as cramped — top-align the two panels (snapshot no longer stretches into empty space) and enlarge the category counts.
