修复 MCP get 类工具参数名不一致：list/browse 返回 id，get_* 只认 job_id，agent 猜参数名被 FastMCP 拒。四个 get 工具现在接受 id/report_id 别名，list/browse 也返回 job_id。只动 modules/mcp_app.py，语法已过。
