- Added environment variable for DOCKERHUB_DESCRIPTION_TOKEN to streamline access in publish workflows.
- Updated conditions for Docker Hub overview updates to use the environment variable instead of secrets.
- Enhanced notifications for overview update failures and skipped updates when the token is not configured.
