I had to make sure docker was running for this command. for my M1 macbook specifically I had to ensure "Use the virtualization framework" was selected in my docker settings
Then there were a bunch of workarounds to get buildx working but I think thats specific to my docker version
* add log-events sample image * trigger fulfillment-planning only after order.paid * adjust simulation accordingly * support macOS builds * reorder payment planning in demo.yaml * small changes to README
* add langchain agent * use langchain for internal-shipment * fix docker bake platform parameter * change simulation for langchain
* remove bus_is and artifact_repo_id from variables * re-order and fix README
