AI018 add profile aware scan verification

Summary

• Added a scan verification endpoint for profile-aware AI review after image classification.
• Sends scan output, top candidates, nutrition lookup data, quality flags, and the logged-in user profile/preferences into the chatbot service.
• Uses saved allergies, dietary requirements, disliked ingredients, health conditions, and preferences to generate safer scan advice.
• Keeps the response concise and user-facing so the frontend can show guidance without overwhelming users.
