Summary

enhance component examples with more representative preview content
fix cramped table, pagination, show-more, file-trigger, and time-field previews
regenerate registry JSON for updated examples and component code

Verification

pnpm --filter=preskok format:write
pnpm --filter=preskok registry:build
pnpm --filter=preskok typecheck
pnpm --filter=preskok lint (0 errors, 18 existing warnings)
pnpm --filter=preskok build
Browser screenshots for affected preview routes and docs pages
