For #66 we need the controller to be aware of the player's display name as per the login server, so we can prevent them from differing.
Since this requires a new protocol version it shouldn't be released until the 0.9.0 version of TAMods-Server is, which supports the new protocol.
(Additionally: if we have any other protocol changes we're considering perhaps we should bundle their release)
