-- Logic is rewritten so instead of individual Meats we calculate timer based off of a "Meat Stack"

-- Meat stacks calculated separately between "In containter (fridge)" and "In the inventory", once either stack gets reshuffled timer recalculates accordingly for each one

-- Removed on_item_use since it only hindered the calculation with no benefit

-- Reintroduced actor_on_update since we cut so much on calculations we can afford real time updates with no downside

-- To optimize actor_on_update further we gated meat in the fridge to ever enter the Math, since those numbers are not even supposed to update

-- Garbage Collection been cut to below 1% on average (down from 20-25% depending on how much inventory is filled with meat)
