This is useful for GPX, RINEX, and gpspipe logging. For use with HI-SNR-Lab/uhd_radar#30

Hey Thatcher, glad to see that you are using and contributing to ORCA. We didn't run your code yet, but it looks like this will cause the code to break if a user is not working with a gps module - if "/usr/bin/gpspipe" doesn't exist. Could you please clarify if you tested with and without gps? Also, please describe your GPS configuration and which SDR you're using. |

Adds GPS logging capabilities (via GPSD and its clients) and processing to enable georeferencing of radar samples in the field.
