The utilities in the postprocessing folder should be working again. There are two changes

  • noise_test.py accounts for the new num_pulses and num_presums values in default.yaml
  • processing.py now contains findInternalPath instead of findDirectPath. That was a terminology error on my part.

Fingers crossed this pull request is set up correctly.

I should clarify that most of the early commits that involve some iteration of "trying to get main features to pychirp" don't contain real changes...I just didn't understand how to use merge correctly to combine branches :)
