Adds the brand banner above the README title (cropped 10% per side, 26px radius baked in — GitHub strips CSS so the corners live in the PNG), adds Dashboard (app.hypd.ai) and LinkedIn to the links row, bumps all three manifests in lockstep.
Note: the banner shows a TikTok icon and says "Manage" — it's the LinkedIn brand asset, temporary until a plugin-specific banner exists (plugin is read-only, no TikTok).
