This is the code and data for mapping an ex vivo DTMRI data set into a bi-ventricle model

To run the code

Please follow the steps in LDDMMFibreMappingMain.m, each step is within the if-end block, you will need to manually run each steps to avoid any errors. Before run the code, you will need to download two files, one is CanineData_matlabFormat.zip, the link can be found under CannineData folder. The other file is NeoNatalHeart.zip, the link can be found in NeonatalHeart folder.
