Fang - Sprint 4 reflection

I contributed the music-analysis hardening work in PR #321. I added real-audio regression validation, stricter analyser response and schema checks, improved retry and HTTP error classification, and reliability coverage for truncated downloads and protocol failures. I also verified the wider music path: upload-triggered background analysis, Jamendo selection and attribution, private replay soundtrack playback, and beat/downbeat/finale-aware generation are implemented while the explicit Generate action still creates the show.

The focused Node music/analyser suite passes 70/70 tests. The Python analyser suite passes 5 tests, with 2 skipped because the full analyser requirements are not installed. The hardest part was distinguishing genuine analyser failures from environment and contract drift, while ensuring lifecycle errors fail closed instead of being hidden.

I learned to define schema boundaries and real-audio regression evidence earlier. Next sprint I would install the full analyser dependencies, run the complete suite, and perform a real Supabase/Jamendo/Modal end-to-end test before calling the music path fully verified.

PR #321 remains open. The latest main and the soundtrack-restart change still need revalidation on this branch; the remaining work is verification rather than missing core music functionality.
