Prepare Sprint 5 tutor review evidence and linked close-out

Purpose

Prepare a concise, evidence-backed review pack for the tutor. The pack should answer the four areas raised in the previous sprint: stakeholder engagement, project management and planning, execution and quality, and self-reflection.

Acceptance criteria

• Link stakeholder minutes, decisions and action items.
• Reconcile the Notion Sprint 5 name with Linear's current cycle name, Sprint 8.
• Link each relevant Linear item to its GitHub PR and Notion evidence.
• Record current CI, preview, review and merge status without treating open work as delivered.
• Include exploratory, mobile, real-database/RLS and multi-user validation plans.
• Add first-person reflection prompts for each contributor.
• State achievements, challenges, lessons, risks and explicit carry-over.
• Prepare the Scrum 3 page for the 31 August meeting.
