Prepare and review the ShowCrafter stakeholder handover pack

Planned for Sprint 6, beginning 7 September 2026. Preparation may start earlier, but completion belongs to Sprint 6.

Goal

Leave Robert and the team with a concise, accurate handover that explains what ShowCrafter can do, how it is operated, what remains incomplete and where the evidence lives.

Handover set

• Product overview and supported customer journeys.
• Current repository map and contributor workflow.
• Local web and Supabase setup, migration and seed workflow.
• Vercel and Modal deployment responsibilities and environment dependencies.
• My Store, stable assortment QR and public scan-to-show workflow.
• AI/music generation architecture, quality controls and known limitations.
• Firework import worker and renderer-contract maintenance.
• Operational checks, troubleshooting, security boundaries and rollback notes.
• Open issues, owners, residual risks and recommended next work.

Acceptance criteria

• Every capability claim links to merged code, a verified check or a clearly labelled limitation.
• Robert's 31 August meeting is incorporated after the transcript arrives.
• Setup instructions are tested by a team member who did not write them.
• Local DB instructions use synthetic seed data and do not require production credentials.
• Robert reviews the pack, corrections are recorded and follow-up owners are assigned.
• Notion is the navigable source of truth, with Linear issues linked for unfinished work.

Current blocker

The 31 August stakeholder meeting occurred, but detailed minutes and decisions are pending Robert's transcript. Do not infer or quote outcomes until it is received.
