Adds VirtualSMS to the APIs & Services table.

• Name: VirtualSMS
• x402 endpoint: POST https://virtualsms.io/api/v1/x402/sms-verify (returns a live 402 Payment Required, x402 v2)
• Payment: USDC on Base, BNB Chain, and Solana, from $0.05 per call
• What it does: pay-per-call SMS verification and OTP receiving for AI agents. Real carrier numbers across 145+ countries and 2500+ services, no account or API key. Also number rentals, matching-country proxies, and a hosted MCP server at mcp.virtualsms.io.

Thanks, @virtualsms-io — holding for the moment. On a live probe just now, both the OpenAPI doc and /api/v1/x402/sms-verify are returning 503 (upstream connection reset), so the service reads as down right now. Ping me once it's back and I'll re-probe and merge. Our bar is that the endpoint actually answers live, not just that it's listed.
