List Wix: verified against a real site - #937

Live spec 12/12 against a real Wix site (site properties, URLs, catalog version, V3 product search, orders, contacts), plus V1 products, bookings, booking services and a created contact by hand. Blog answers 401 "No blog instanceId found" when the Wix Blog app is not installed; the instructions now say so. Quoted adapter counts move to 310.

Follow-up to #932. Wix ran live against a real site with a full-access test key:
wix_create_contactcreated a contact.No blog instanceId foundwhen the Wix Blog app is not installed. The instructions listed 401 only as a wrong key; they now explain this case.unlistedis removed and the spec now asserts it. Quoted adapter counts move to 310 (adapter-count.mjs --checkOK).
