Outlook (#932) shipped unlisted because it had not run against a real mailbox. It is listed now, on request.

• The 19 tools' paths, methods and query parameters were checked against the Microsoft Graph v1.0 reference. That covers /me, mailFolders, messages with $filter/$search/$orderby/$top/$skip, sendMail, reply, replyAll, move, calendars, calendarView, events, and calendar/getSchedule.
• Not verified live. The cloud has no Microsoft Graph connector with a working token: the only hand-built one used a pasted bearer that expired in September.
• New prerequisites: an Entra app registration with the redirect URI, the delegated permissions and a client secret, and a note that some organisations need admin consent. Before this, the setup form said nothing about it.
• The static spec now asserts that the adapter is listed and has prerequisites. Counts: 320.

Checks: full backend jest (9887 passed), tsc, adapter-count --check, validate-adapters (only the non-blocking tool-prefix warning, same as 428 other tools).
