This adds a prompt to graphs when you hover them with an expression.
This improves UX because users can see that expressions can be drag-and-dropped onto graphs.
This PR also fixes dragging opacity changes for widgets, making them become slightly transparent when dragging around, which is achieved by
TODO for this PR:
fixes #4
