feat: Add Animated Visual Roadmap to the Learning Path Section

What does this PR do?

Replaces the static vertical step list in the Learning Path section with an interactive, animated visual roadmap. Clicking milestone nodes (1 → 2 → 3 → 4) now dynamically updates the active stage details and filters/displays the corresponding resources, including a custom call-to-action waitlist card for the final Summer of AI stage.
