• Issue Implement a blind vs ante hybrid structure #189: Hybrid Blinds and Antes (Fixed, Percentage, None modes)
• Issue Add a min-raise option and limit hold-em support #190: Betting Structures (NoLimit, PotLimit, FixedLimit)
• Issue Implement a deferred payment guarantee contract #191: Deferred Payment Guarantees (create, consume, settle, liquidate)
• Issue Add a dead button rule implementation #192: Dead Button Logic (skipping empty/eliminated seats)
