Perform cortical reconstruction (using FreeSurfer) on the T1 images of 6 donors from the AHBA (Allen Human Brain Atlas) dataset using the anatomical workflow of fmriprep

It also provides shell scripts(CustomAtlas2AHBA.sh) to assist in registering other custom surface atlases to the individual spaces of 6 AHBA donors.
