Title: feat: project submission, discover page & design system
Project Submission: Added /projects/new form with wallet integration and mock Soroban logic.
Design System: Built core, reusable UI components (Button, Card, Badge, Input, Spinner).
Verification Flow: Added /verify page for requesting review and tracking mock statuses.
Discover Page: Implemented /discover with chunked load-more pagination, filtering, and sorting.
Fixes: Resolved stellar-sdk and Freighter API TypeScript build errors.
