Select is unresponsive to mouse clicks on devices with both touch and mouse support (e.g. Windows 8 touchscreen laptop) as the toggle events will be bound to ontouchstart. This change allows consumers to override the clickEvent based on their own criteria.
There is likely a better approach to fixing this.
