What?

Incorporates the changes to the Custom Docker Build Push workflow from Hubs-Foundation/hubs#6578

Why?

So that all the Custom Docker Build Push workflows remain in sync.

Examples

N/A

How to test

  1. Pull the changes from this PR into a local branch and then push that branch to your fork.
  2. On your fork, run the Custom Docker Build Push Action on the branch containing the changes from this PR.
  3. See that the Action completes successfully and a new image has been pushed to your container registry.
  4. Try the image in your Community Edition instance and see that it works as normal.

Documentation of functionality

No functionality is changed, so no documentation update is required.
