Summary

Require data-katja-button-press-v1 for the four self-hosted workflows that directly use the retained Katja dataset/cache:

• population evaluation
• ensemble full curve v2
• ensemble full curve v3
• online-window preparation

The referenced retained data is under /mnt/lexar4tb/datasets/Katja Button Press Data, which is available on the runner carrying this label.

Verification

• fetched all four updated workflows back from the branch
• confirmed exactly one new label occurrence per workflow
• confirmed each target workflow changes only its runner selector
• added the custom label to .github/actionlint.yaml and applied its formatter output; fresh MegaLinter passes

Hosted-only Katja workflows are deliberately unchanged.
