weird black bar thing #237

• I'm running the latest version or the one prior of the Windows 10to7 Transformation Pack (I checked the changelog on the downloads page before opening the issue).

Summarise the issue

Stuck on basic theme and there is a weird black bar.

How do you reproduce the bug/inaccuracy?

It doesn't matter if i change themes it still does it.

Expected behaviour

I switched to aero themes and it still has the black bar and aero doesn't work.
