This pull request adds support for distributed tracing methods.
I had to add some feature detection to see if distributed tracing was available in
DefaultHandler.This comment says it should support Agent version 3.1+ and PHP 5.3+ (I noticed composer.json says we need
php >= 7.0.0)newrelic/src/Newrelic.php
