Duplicates in 4_EI_ManufacturingEnergyIntensity

Hi!

It seems like for manufacturing of MFH_standard and manufacturing of RT_standard in 4_EI_ManufacturingEnergyIntensity, the rows are duplicated. I do not know if it is on purpose and which effect it might have in the final results.

Hi @LolaRousseau thanks for spotting! I'll remove these duplicates during one of the next database updates.
ODYM parses these data from top to bottom, so the lowest row (highest row number) with any duplicate will end up in the model calculation.
