Fix 76: (JS-0050) Avoid use of == and !=

As it has been requested in issue #76, I have made changes to the mentioned 18 occurrences by simply adding an '=' symbol to the operators
If at all I misunderstood anything or if you find anything incorrectly implemented then sincere apologies for the same
