Limited time mode (LTM) activity tracking

• adds support for activity tracking for any limited time mode that has a wise old man endpoint
• adds proper support for optional .env keys
• adds missing test suite for cmd_check
• adds a number of new tests
• update readme, add missing commands and new .env keys
• update cmd_check to show LTM gains and relevant notes when enabled
• update cmd_check to show member's rank explicitly
• update wom_service to accept custom base_url and group_id
• update activity check to include LTM column in output when user fails main game checks
• update project dependencies
• fixes various type annotations and removes some dead code
