  • adds help command
    • includes call outs for raffle and trick-or-treat when active
    • loose categorization, with misc being default
    • filters out all admin commands
  • adds ingot_cost value to methods wrapped with command_price
  • adds helper method build_discord_link for building markdown links to specific channels
  • updates all command descriptions
