SegmentationProjectGenerator:
This script allows the creation of one or more syGlass projects that contain only image data from a segmented region of interest in a pre-existing syGlass project. The sub-projects will contain image data where the mask exists, and will contain zeros where it does not.

Steps:
1. Segment regions of interest in a syGlass project using differnet masks for different regions. Close the syGlass project.
2. Edit PROJECT_PATH at the top of SegmentationProjectGenerator.py to be the full path of the syg file.
3. Run SegmentationProjectGenerator.py. Resulting sub-projects will be placed in a folder next to the original project folder titled "<project_name>_Masks".
