PGES Experiment version

Parallel GES version that was used to execute experiments on the supercomputer Galgo.
This version contains the following:

• PGES algorithm, along with its framework code
• Experiment results, notebooks, and data used in the experiments
• Other packages with work in progress (Circular_GES, mctsbn package...)
• JUnit tests for all the PGES-related code
• Dockerfile and docker image allocated on the docker hub.

This version is a checkpoint for researchers to know what experiments were executed in our research paper
