docs(mcp): refresh GoodMemory to 0.7.2

• pin the global install and source review to GoodMemory v0.7.2
• require the exact Bun 1.3.14 runtime baseline
• replace moving or stale sources with tagged release and package evidence

No visual impact. This changes only the GoodMemory content source entry; generated artifacts were not edited.

Superseded by #5774, which keeps the update narrowly scoped to the published goodmemory@0.7.2 install pin and Bun runtime floor and has the current required checks green. Closing this duplicate so maintainers have one review target.
