Adds a new skill entry for X Research (
ohunvora/x-research-skill) to content/skills/x-research.mdx.

Why

X Research is an agentic X/Twitter research skill (1,200+ stars) that searches posts, follows threads, builds watchlists, and synthesizes findings using the X API v2. It includes a TypeScript CLI (x-search.ts), reference docs, and a SKILL.md compatible with Claude Code, Codex, and other agent hosts.

Changes

• New file: content/skills/x-research.mdx
• Follows the existing mdx skill format (frontmatter + body)
• Includes safety notes about paid X API Bearer Token and per-request billing
• Includes privacy notes about token handling, user data, and local watchlist storage
• Three usage examples (topic search, thread following, watchlist building)
