Redesign homepage into senior engineering bento grid

Motivation

• Replace the existing hero/section flow with a dense, scan-friendly bento-grid homepage that foregrounds senior real‑time performance engineering credibility.
• Preserve James's positioning as a Senior Real‑Time Performance Engineer focused on Unity rendering, XR frame budgets, CPU/GPU bottleneck isolation and profiler‑validated outcomes.
• Surface measurable evidence and case studies as the primary credibility layer while keeping the site fast, responsive, and production‑ready.

Description

• Reworked the homepage layout into a responsive bento grid and updated content to specialist, measurable language; implemented via src/pages/HomePage.tsx.
• Added a small reusable component set for the bento system: BentoGrid, BentoCard, MetricBadge, ProofCard, CaseStudyCard, and SkillClusterCard under src/components/bento/.
• Pulled real evidence assets from /public/lab where available and show a clear placeholder Evidence image pending when an asset is missing, and preserved all existing case-study and lab routes/links.
• Updated homepage SEO metadata to the requested copy: title James De Raja — Senior Real-Time Performance Engineer | Unity Rendering & XR Performance and matching description.

Testing

• Ran lint with npm run lint and the codebase reported no blocking lint errors.
• Built the production bundle with npm run build and the build completed successfully.
