Refactor homepage into recruiter-first bento resume layout

Motivation

• Convert the existing portfolio homepage into a recruiter-first bento resume that emphasizes senior Unity performance engineering, profiler-led proof, XR/frame-budget discipline, and measurable outcomes while preserving existing case studies and routing.
• Apply a minimal-professional, high-contrast visual language and a clear above-the-fold recruiter surface with Download Resume and View Case Studies CTAs plus visible Email/LinkedIn/GitHub actions.

Description

• Reworked the homepage into a 12-column bento resume layout and proof-first cards by replacing the previous hero/sections flow with a structured set of cards (Hero, Impact Metrics, Experience Timeline, XR Performance Stress Lab, SoftMaskPro study, Skills, Selected Work, CTA/contact) in src/pages/HomePage.tsx.
• Updated header navigation and resume actions to surface recruiter tasks and match new anchors, and wired the resume viewer/download to the specific performance-focused PDF in src/components/Navbar.tsx.
• Switched the site framing to a minimal-professional light theme and adjusted the layout wrapper and footer to match the new palette and accessibility-conscious contrast in src/layouts/SiteLayout.tsx and src/components/Footer.tsx.
• Preserved existing case-study routes and used verified data from the repository (e.g. the +7.27 ms GPU RenderLoop measurement pulled from repo content) and explicit placeholders like Measured result pending or Company pending where source values were not present.

Testing

• Ran the production build with npm run build and the Vite build completed successfully.
