Rename all files in a directory with a specified prefix and optional file extension filter.

How To Use

param directory: The path to the directory containing files to rename.

param prefix: The new prefix for the renamed files.

param start_number: Starting number for the renamed files (default is 1).

param file_extension: Filter files by extension (e.g., ".txt"). Set to None for all files.

How To Run?

• Download and install Python from the official Python website: https://www.python.org.
• Install the required modules using the command: pip install requests.
• Run the script with: python file.py.
