docs(blog): clarify production and shadow consumers

Summary

• clarify that transscendsurvival.org is the current production consumer even while it is served by GitHub Pages
• label tss.tinyland.dev as the Cloudflare Pages development shadow
• update the brokered-display Mermaid node so it covers production plus shadow runtime display, not only CF Pages
